GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Registration includes the following for all congress participants:

  • Admission to all Scientific Sessions
  • A congress bag
  • Coffees & Meals detailed at the Program
  • Welcome cocktail
  • Gala Dinner

Registration fee does not include accommodation.
Participants can make their hotel Booking here if needed.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration form and will show whether we have received your payment and will include an invoice.

Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation can be requested during the registration process. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support.
The letters will be sent manually after the participant’s registration is checked to ensure they have specified onsite attendance. Queries regarding invitation letters can be directed to the registration department at congresos@mt-global.com.

Payment

Payment of registration & Hotel fees in EUR (€),  free of all bank charges. No other currency will be accepted.

Payment for individual registrations is only possible by credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

Invoice

Digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information.

VAT and taxes

Spanish VAT is applicable on all congress registration fees (21%) and Hotel (10%)

Name changes

For name changes an administrative fee of 25 Euros will be charged. For each name change you must notify the Congress Organizer by e-mail to congresos@mt-global.com before September, 10th (23:59), 2022.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Insurance and liability disclaimer EORTC have the right to alter or cancel the congress or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the congress without prior notice for any reason beyond their control. EORTC and/or its Congress Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure, or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.

Disclaimer

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to sue the organisers for damages should the congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of «force majeure», or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to congresos@mt-global.com.
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellations received up to and including July, 15th: total minus 25% handling fee
  • No refund on cancellations as of July, 16th 2022
  • For any name change, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Deadline for name changes: September 15th 2022.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • On or before May, 19th 2022, 100th of the acommodation cost deducted by 50 EUR fee will be refunded.
  • Between May, 20th and June 19th 2022, 50% of the acommodation cost will be charged.
  • After June, 20th 2022 and no show, no refunds will be possible.
